How to Troubleshoot the Laptop

1. If the laptop does get wet.This is a problem that occurs when a laptop user is someone who recklessly,but do not worry just follow the instructions,First unplug the adapter and immediately remove the laptop battery, so there is no short circuit inside the laptop.The second step is to disassemble parts exposed to water, do not use heating devices, such as hair dryer, but use a dry cloth or wait until dry, if it is dry then reinstall them.
2. if the laptop was suddenly dead and alive again when the restart.usually this happens because of overheating processor, may clog the airways or check the settings in the Power Option in the control panel may have changed its settings.check the temperature of your laptop, if the laptop is too hot to use external cooling fan and air circulation ensure smooth.
3. If the program not responding, then try to turn off the program with task manager.Task manager can be opened with Ctrl + Alt + Del, then select the application that is not responding, and then click End Task.
4. If the laptop can not boot "boot disk failure", try restarting the laptop back.If still equal then the boot failure occurs because of some things, like a damaged hard drive or operating system corrupted.The next step is to check whether the hard drive is detected or not through the bios (press Del or F2) when it restarts.If the hard drive fine, reinstall the operating system, perhaps the operating system is damaged.But if a drive is not detected, then check socket and pin-pin hard drive
   then try to restart kembali.Jika not change the hard drive needs to be replaced with new ones.
